Caring for Little Santa

Little Santa^® is a live plant- it has an undisturbed root system because it is container grown. Water regularly: inside a heated room every 2 days, outside once a week as long as the ground is not frozen. Avoid overwatering and waterlogged soil.

Little Santa^® will live inside during the whole Advent season as long as it is watered regularly. If you want to keep it growing after Christmas, keep it inside for only about 1 week. The little spruce prefers the outdoors before and after Christmas.

If you want to plant it outside after Christmas, keep it in a well-lit and cool room (unheated garage or winter garden) for a few days. Plant it in a decorative pot to put on the patio, or plant directly into the garden when the soil is not frozen. Don’t forget to water it regularly!
